Out Comes Tooth #4!
Pierce's 2nd top tooth has been loose for quite awhile now, I knew it was close to ready and kept trying to talk to him about pulling it out. For some reason, beyond me, he acted terrified. He was refusing to let me try to pull it, even though I have pulled out his other 3 teeth very quickly and very pain free. I promised him I'd never hurt him and that I wouldn't pull it if I didn't KNOW it was ready. He refused. So you can imagine my surprise when he came running into the room to find me, with his tooth in his hand, blood in his mouth and dripping down his chin! He had pulled it out himself! Where this came from I'll never know. After we cleaned up his face and the blood that was splattering the sink, (very thankful he decided to do it while looking in the mirror standing over the sink!) he ran outside, excited to show Dad! He was so proud that he pulled it out himself.

how fun! jaylee LOVED losing her teeth, now that they are growing in she doesn't love it as much. haha. too cute!
Yeah that awkward toothless but getting the big teeth in stage...so fun.
Bryant turned 7 in March and he still hasn't lost any teeth... he was a bit worried about it for awhile, but I think he's over it now. I hated the big teeth stage for me, so I can only imagine what it will be like for my kids!
What a tough kid! I can't believe he dared pull that out. Ellie would NEVER. She is such a wimp (just like her mom)...I'm not looking forward to her losing teeth. Although Pierson looks pretty dang cute with that toothless grin! And I agree - age 4 is the best. I want Addison to freeze in time lately too!
p.s. I was thinking of you the other day because I watched an Oprah with the Twilight cast. Did you see it? Can't wait for Eclipse!!!
It is so fun reading this. My kids are at the exact same stage. My Caden was worried about #4 too. Maybe it's the number. I love the toothless look. Caden's BIG teeth are starting to come in. Kyler (also 4) talks about a loose tooth all the time.
I can't believe he pulled it out himself, I could never do that.

Pierce is the cutest little toothless guy! Way to be so brave! Luke is anxiously awaiting his first loose tooth. Fun times! :)
