I have been wanting to go see Phantom in Vegas and we finally did it! (I'm a huge fan!) The show was, of course, amazing and I loved it!
Here we are- not a great shot, but hey, we were there! After the show we headed to The Cheesecake Factory, were we enjoyed a delicious meal and some EXCELLENT cheesecake!
Love my husband, love my cheesecake. Our nice waiter was kind enough to snap a pic for us. 
Did I mention the cheesecake? It was DELICIOUS! (Ryan was laughing at me and couldn't believe I was making him wait to dig in while I had a little photo op, but hey, I was thinking blog post!) Monday was our actual anniversary and so we had to extend our celebration a bit. Ryan took me to lunch at The Painted Pony. We enjoyed more delicious food and more yummy dessert!
We were smart enough to order some cheesecake to bring home with us, after all we needed dessert for our anniversary night. So that night we got the kids in bed and settled in for a movie and some more delicious cheesecake. It was good. Then we...... well, it was a great night! Great weekend, great night, great husband. I am one lucky girl!

Happy Anniversary! I can remember your wedding so well, it is crazy that it was 8 years ago! And that I only had 1 child then. :) Very cute and delicious looking pics! Very glad you got to go see Phantom too!

Sheesh spoiled girl! How fun to have your hubby all to yourself...and in VEGAS! How fun for you guys. Congratulations you two. Such a wonderful example to everyone around you. Just love you guys! And yes, NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING compares to the Cheesecake Factory. So YUMMY!
