I thought that was pretty good! (I love watching him sound out words!)
Then later that night as we were getting ready for bed and I was doing something terrible that he hates, (you know, like wiping his nose) he started whining about it and I told him he couldn't be a wimp if he was getting ready to fight Darth Vader.
He said, "Yeah I gotta brav-en up for the party tomorrow!"
I love it! What a great new word. It makes sense to me, if you gotta toughen up, you might as well "braven" up too!
He had the best time at the party and was so thrilled to be able to fight "Dark Vader" with his "light saver".

I love that! My favorite was when I told Taylor to behave and she would say "I am being have." Kids are too cute!
Pierson - what a cute boy! He certainly came all "bravened" up! Darth Vader didn't stand a chance with those tough kids. (I'm going to blog about the party this weekend, so you'll have to show Piers!) We're so glad he came!
How cute is that! I love the saying's children come up with. I really believe it keeps me sane. Way to go Pierson in fighting Darth Vader. You really were brave!
