Hawaiian Day - looking very cool
Pirate Day
Pierce & GrantAwards Day with Mrs. Angona - Pierce was very excited for this day...all the parents were invited to come to class and each child got to read their hardcover book to the class, he had been so excited about his book and working on it pretty hard, he couldn't wait to show it to me! He wrote a "Star Wars" book and did a great job reading it to the class. All the kids also received an award from Mrs. Angona, she picked something she would remember about each of them and gave them an award, Pierson received his for his "vast knowledge of every super hero". Yes, that is my son, such a proud Mom.
We were SO lucky to have our first swim of the season with our favorite Californians! We were so excited that our dear friends, The Rollins, made a visit to St. George! Erin and I got to spend a fun evening catching up on life while the kids swam and had a great time together!
Pierce and Ellie have so much fun together, I love watching them play. I love these shots, what fun it is to be 6!

Ooooh - the swimming looks so wonderful! Can't wait to do that together again. And what a cute, charismatic in between first and second grader you have! I love the cute pictures of the characters Pierce portrays so well. He sure is growing up Jos!
My Caden just finished 1st grade too. Can't believe he will be a second grader. That is the grade I taught before I had him. He can't be that old. Have a wonderful summer Josie.

Hanging out with you guys was the BEST way to welcome summer! SO fun catching up with you Josie - I can't wait to get together again in a couple of weeks! Darling pics of Pierce. I can't wait to show them to Ellie. :)
Oh the end of the school year! It's bittersweet. It's great for summer to start to have fun trips but the kids start the fighting and arguing and THEN you can't wait for the next school year to start. I hope it goes well for YOU. Ha ha!
