Our New Little Arrivals Our first bit of new excitement this week, Bella had her kittens on Sunday the 26th

It may look like a little pile of fur, but there are actually 5 tiny kittens in there!

We were so excited to come home from church and find 3 kittens, and then Monday morning to find 2 more! The kids are loving checking on Bella and the babies through out the day. I love watching the tiny little things, they are so darling wobbling around and climbing all over each other. I loved having kittens when I was a kid and I am loving watching my own kids' excitment now. They are so sweet, I wish we could keep them all, but we will only be keeping 1. So we will have 4 adorable kittens in need of a good home in about 2 months.
New Little Cousin My sister Trit, (AKA Deli) had her little Baby Hannah on Monday the 27th.

Pierce & Madi were excited for little "Hannah Banana" to arrive. Pierson woke to major excitement Monday morning when we told him that Aunt Deli was at the hospital having her baby AND that Bella had 2 more kittens during the night! WOW! So many new babies!
So Flippin' Excited for New Flip Flops

I took Pierce & Madi shopping for new summer sandals and oh my goodness - I never imagined so much excitment over a pair of flip flops! Pierce has been wanting some for a long time, since he had noticed his buddy Grant's flip flops. We walked into the store and he immedietley spotted them, then he quickly grabbed the ones he wanted "SHARKS!!!" He thought there were the best thing ever. We had to go to Daddy's office to surprise him with the new footwear, and he had to show them to all of the office gals, and take them of to show them the awesome shark. "It's like a puzzle!" He told them, "most of the shark is on one and the fin is on the other!" Madi was also excited to realize that her's were "like a puzzle!" and she was so excited to pick the PINK AND PURPLE ones! They were so excited about them that Pierson was actually begging me to go to Costco the next day just so he could wear them. (No shoes in the house was a suddenly a major bummer for them, so a trip to Costco sounded awesome, usually something he whines about.)
New Shades Ryan just brought a new line of kids sunglasses into his office and surprised the kids with these. The kids are loving them and want to wear them all the time! I told them they are "real" sunglasses and they have been really good at taking care of them so far. ($39 - $49 at Dr. Robison's office) Don't they just look so cute?!

We have had a very fun week with so many
new exciting things!

What a fun post Josie! Loved it! Those kittens are so cute - I'll have to show Ellie the pictures. And I'm laughing out loud about the excitement over the flip flops! Aren't kids a crack up!? I got Ellie some new crocks awhile ago and she was the same way. Wanted to wear them in the house and since she couldn't, she wanted to go ANYWHERE. I loved hearing the Costco story! Our lives are so very similar. :) Also love those shades for the kiddos...may have to swing by Dr. Robison's this summer to check them out!
Annie will be so excited to see those pictures of your kittens! I can't wait till they're a little bigger and we can come see them...so fun!
I love how Pierson wanted to go to Costco just so he could wear his new sandals...how funny! They are pretty darn cool ones!
Boy - so many exciting things!! First, the baby kitties are so cute - it really is such a fun experience for kids. And congrats to Trit and beautiful little Hannah - such cute pictures of you and Madi with her, and Piers looking down at her, so sweet. LOVE the pictures in the sunglasses and those have got to be the coolest flip flops ever! I would be excited too!
Wow, all kinds of FUN stuff! You're the cutest mom. It's funny when it comes to kids and shoes. Jayden is still like that and he is 7! Should I be worried???
What a fabulous week! Congrats on your new family additions...both the kittens and your niece. :) Shaylee is dying over your kittens. Too bad she's allergic... Love the kids in the sun glasses, too!
Ava brings up your kittens at least once a day. She keeps asking when they'll be big enough to hold. I have to admit, I've never been a big cat lover, but kittens are soooo cute. We're gonna be by to see them again when we get the cue they're safe :) Congrats to Trit and her dear little daughter. Glad the delivery went good. That picture of their feet is so cute in their new flops
Fun fun!! I love Spring and sunshine! Tell Trit congrats for us. And this is actually one post I will make a point NOT to show my kids! I don't think I would EVER be forgiven for not taking one of those adorable little kittens off your hands! Love you guys!
