We had walked down to our good friends, the Woodburys and had to run home in the wind and rain. As soon as we made it in the door it really picked up. This is how Ryan came in after securing one of our trees, and then helping out neighbors with their run away trampoline. We wrapped up the night with the power going out and having a real candle light dinner. Luckily I had just taken everything out of the oven, and I had just gotten the candles down from the pantry thinking candles would be nice for our Christmas dinner. As soon as got them down, the power went out, talk about good timing!

What darling Christmas pictures! I love that Madilyn ate breakfast on her horse. :) Those pictures of you with your grandma are priceless. I'm so glad you were up there so soon before she died and got to see her again. We LOVED hanging out with you guys again. Hopefully we'll see a lot more of you in 2009! :)

I love all of your pictures... looks like you guys had a great Christmas. Just enjoy the simple excitements of Christmas as long as they last. The older they get the more they expect even when you tell them its not going to happen.
So cute, Josie! What a fun dinner by candle light. SO glad it was great. I love Pierson's face with his Batman toy- he looks elated.
