NEW MOON!!!

So, of course, my greatest girlfriends and fellow Twilight Fans got together for the opening night of New Moon, WITH our awesome husbands along with us! We figured there was about a 10-1 girl-guy ratio there, with the exception of our group of 20. The REAL men were there with us! 10 couples + New Moon = SO much FUN! It was impossible to get a picture of our whole group, but here are a few shots of me and the girls...

My studly MAN, who not only enjoyed the movie with me, but he also made the design for our t-shirts and printed them off for me. That's right guys. Ryan is awesome! I am one lucky girl!

Splurge

I have been really good lately at not buying anything "extra." But when I saw this at the store I HAD to buy it...

...and it was totally worth the dollar. I thought it was so perfect that Edward's "flavor" was "cold mint". Mint is my FAVORITE! I love mint, mint chocolate chip ice cream, mint m&m's, York peppermint patties, mint truffles, mint Oreos...

We had the best Halloween this year! The kids were obviously the cutest...I ended up being really happy that Madi wanted to wear her ladybug costume again this year, she actually insisted. She was just so cute and much more cooperative for pictures this year, so it was great. They had so much fun trick-or-treating, Madi was very enthusiastic! They also loved running to the door for trick-or-treaters at our house, we had to lay down a rule and take turns opening it. We loved our traditional sugar cookie making and they were as delicious as ever. I was taught well on something! And naturally, Ryan enjoyed my cheerleading outfit a little too much...wouldn't we have looked so cute together in high school? I mean except for the fact that I was in 6th grade when he was a Senior, and was definitely not coordinated enough to be a cheerleader (it's my little sister's outfit)...ya, like I always tell him, I am so thankful that he didn't know me in high school, thank goodness for college, I'm so much cooler now.
